Président par intérim, EMEA
Bruce Owen a pris ses fonctions de président par intérim de la région EMEA en juillet 2024. Il dirige également les activités d’Equinix au Royaume-Uni en tant que directeur général. Il a rejoint Equinix en 2010 et a occupé plusieurs postes de direction dans la région EMEA et aux États-Unis au cours de son mandat.
L’expérience de Bruce va du développement d’entreprise aux finances, en passant par des rôles de chef d’équipe à celui de PDG. Avant d’occuper le poste de directeur général, Royaume-Uni, il était responsable de la stratégie et de l’exécution des initiatives mondiales d’Equinix en matière de diversité, d’inclusion et d’appartenance (DIB), de bien-être et d’impact communautaire.

Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA
Johan Arts joined Equinix as Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA, in 2019. In this role, he is responsible for leading sales strategy and growth for Equinix across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Before joining Equinix, Johan spent 12 years at IBM, where he was Worldwide Vice President of Sales for the cybersecurity division, focused on transforming the go-to-market and channel strategies. He previously was responsible for the security team’s worldwide channel business and the European software business. Johan has a deep history selling enterprise technology across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America for companies including MRO Software and QAD.
Johan has a business degree from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands.

Managing Director, France
Régis joined Equinix in 2014 as Managing Director for France. Régis has been instrumental in building the France business, and as part of the TelecityGroup acquisition, integrated both the French and Italian Telecity businesses into Equinix.
Before joining Equinix, Régis held regional leadership roles in various Network Service Provider (NSP) businesses, including Interoute, Colt and BT, working in both Network and Managed Services businesses. Earlier in his career, Régis worked in Sales Management for Financial Services Providers, like Radianz, Sunguard Financial Services and Standard & Poor’s, always with a pan-European remit.
Régis holds a Master’s from INSEEC Bordeaux and graduated in Communications Studies at UCLA.

Managing Director, Sweden and Finland
Regina Donato Dahlström joined Equinix in January 2024 and leads Equinix's business in Sweden. Her focus is to be a key voice for the digital infrastructure industry in Sweden, working closely with existing and potential customers to support Equinix and Sweden's growth, digitization, and global connectivity strategies in the highly competitive and innovative country.
Regina has over twenty years of experience in telecoms and digital infrastructure. She joined Equinix from GlobalConnect, where she was country manager for Sweden and Finland. Prior to that, Regina held several senior positions in Telia, Skanova and Arelion. She is also Chairman of the Board of the Swedish satellite company, Ovzon.

Directeur général, Afrique du Sud
Sandile Dube a rejoint Equinix en novembre 2023 et est directeur général pour l’Afrique du Sud. Dans le cadre de son rôle, Sandile est chargé de diriger la stratégie d’entrée d’Equinix en Afrique du Sud. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les clients mondiaux existants, les nouvelles entreprises, ainsi qu’avec les organisations sud-africaines locales pour soutenir leurs ambitions et tirer parti de l’énorme potentiel de croissance et de connectivité du continent africain.
Avant de rejoindre Equinix, Sandile était le directeur général de Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE) pour l’Afrique du Sud, où il a connu un succès remarquable dans un marché économique difficile. Avant son dernier rôle chez HPE, Sandile était directeur national des ventes et des canaux après un mandat réussi en tant que directeur des ventes chez Britehouse, une division de Dimension Data.
Sandile a également siégé au conseil d’administration de HPE pour l’Afrique du Sud. Il apporte à EQUINIX une multitude de connaissances spécialisées, accumulées pendant plus de deux décennies sur le marché des TIC.
Sandile est titulaire de certifications exécutives d’institutions renommées, notamment de l’IE Business School de Madrid et de la Stellenbosch Business School de Belville, dans la ville du Cap.

Managing Director, The Netherlands
Michiel Eielts joined Equinix in 2009 and is Managing Director of the Benelux Business which includes data centers in Amsterdam, Enschede and Zwolle as well as the Dutch Managed Services Business. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the Dutch IT and telecom industry.
Before joining Equinix, Michiel worked at Nedstat, a European web performance and monitoring organization, where he was Vice President of Business Development. He was also responsible for the development and management of business alliances across Europe.
Earlier in his career, Michiel held various commercial and managerial roles at KPN, after which he moved on to Telfort to take a seat on the Board of Directors. He also worked as Managing Director at BSC (a subsidiary of Essent).
Michiel studied Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University and did an MBA at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Managing Director, Germany
Jens-Peter (JP) Feidner is the Managing Director of the Equinix business in Germany. JP joined Equinix in 2014 as Finance Director for the German market, and in 2017, he took the role of Senior Director, Corporate Development EMEA. JP took the lead in the long-term planning and expansion of our EMEA metros, before becoming Managing Director in 2019. He joined Equinix from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions as their Finance Lead for EMEA, and prior to this role worked at SPX Flow, where he held management positions in Finance in Europe over the span of eight years. JP’s career began at Ernst & Young in Frankfurt, Germany, where he spent nearly five years as a Senior Auditor in the Audit division.
JP studied Finance and Taxation at the University of Applied Sciences in Edenkoben, Germany.

Vice President, Growth and Emerging Markets
Judith Gardiner joined Equinix in 2013 as Director of Sales Strategy and Operations for EMEA. Before this role, she served as Chief of Staff for EMEA leading multiple high impact projects in the region, including acquisitions and integration programs before becoming Vice President of EMEA’s Growth and Emerging Markets in 2019.
Judith joined Equinix from Polycom, where she held management positions in Finance and Sales Operations in Europe over the span of 10 years. Prior to this role, Judith worked at Peoplesoft (now Oracle) in the Netherlands. Judith’s career began at Deloitte in Ireland, where she spent five years in the Audit division.
Judith qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Managing Director, Bulgaria
Zdravko Nikolov Joined Equinix in January 2016 as Managing Director for Bulgaria. He had previously held the role of Managing Director for TelecityGroup in Bulgaria.
Zdravko has over 15 years’ Senior Management experience in Sales, Business Development and Engineering. Earlier in his career, Zdravko was CEO of 3DC, which was acquired by TelecityGroup in 2013, and he spent eight years at Cisco in both engineering and business development roles.
Zdravko holds a Master’s Degree in Software Development from Sofia Technical University.

Managing Director, Ireland
Peter Lantry leads Equinix’s business in Ireland, working closely with customers to support their growth and business targets while also driving environmental and community engagement initiatives crucial to the sustainable goals of both Ireland and Equinix.
Peter has two decades of experience in senior managerial and director roles in large enterprises spanning the technology and Irish energy sectors. Most recently Peter was Country Managing Director and Global Data Center Lead for Hitachi Energy where he was focused on developing sustainable energy solutions for the industry.
Prior to Hitachi Energy, Peter was Head of Interconnection at EirGrid where he ran the High Voltage Direct Current interconnection business, operating the award-winning East West Interconnector, which connects the Irish and British electricity markets, providing power to 350,000 homes, and was the largest capital project within the company’s capital programme at the time. Earlier in his career he was a management consultant at IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he advised his clients on technology related matters.
Peter holds multiple degrees from University College Dublin including Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Management Science, and an MBA in Business/Commerce.

Sylwia Pyśkiewicz a rejoint Equinix en 2022 en tant que directrice générale de Pologne. À ce titre, elle est responsable de l’activité polonaise, qui est vouée à une certaine croissance. En effet, après avoir doublé en 15 ans, l’économie du pays est désormais la troisième la plus florissante d’Union européenne. Sylwia est également chargée de la gestion et de la croissance de l’Equinix Internet Exchange à Varsovie (anciennement PLIX), le plus grand Internet Exchange commercial de Pologne en trafic Internet.
Avant de rejoindre Equinix, Sylwia a dirigé un groupe de 12 pays d’Europe centrale et orientale chez Iron Mountain. Elle s’occupait de près de 3 000 clients de tous les secteurs du marché, à qui elle proposait des solutions numériques professionnelles telles que l’intelligence artificielle, les systèmes de gestion des processus et la numérisation des documents papier.
Sylwia possède plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le management international, après avoir occupé des postes de direction dans divers secteurs. Elle a d’abord travaillé en Europe pour deux des plus grands détaillants : B&Q et Tesco, puis pour des entreprises internationales du secteur de la santé, dont Pelion et Medicover. Elle est reconnue comme l’un des principaux leaders de la transformation d’entreprise en Pologne. Elle a fondé Payback, l’un des plus grands programmes de fidélité en Europe, qui comptait 7 M de consommateurs et de partenaires polonais – soit l’un des plus importants partenaires commerciaux du marché – avant d’être racheté en 2011 par American Express pour plusieurs millions de dollars.
Sylwia est titulaire d’un master en gestion de l’université de Cambridge (Royaume-Uni).

Managing Director, Portugal
Carlos Paulino is Managing Director for Portugal and joined Equinix in 2017 following the acquisition of the Itconic data center business. Carlos joined Itconic in 2000, during which time he was heavily involved in the firm’s business development, led several functions, and became a member of the board in 2010. Through his stewardship, the Portugal facility is one of the best-interconnected data centers on the West Coast of Europe.
Carlos has over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology sector. He held leadership roles in the telecoms firm Maxitel in both Product Development, where he introduced cutting edge products to the market, and in Customer Services, where led the Customer Support Center to achieve top scores and industry recognition. Earlier in his career, Carlos was CTO of Madem, a Telecoms startup that delivered voice and data services to Madeira.
Carlos holds an M.B.A from IESE/AESE Business School, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Lisbon Institute of engineering, a B.S. in Information management, and a Ph.D. in IT management from NOVA University, Lisbon.

Eulàlia Flò joined Equinix in March 2023 and is Managing Director for Spain.
Eulàlia leverages her entrepreneurial style and wide-ranging technical background to help customers accelerate their IT modernization strategies and achieve their digital transformation goals.
Her experience includes positively impacting corporate performance through effective team development and developing go-to-market and revenue management strategies across IT environments.
Before joining Equinix, Eulàlia was Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Commvault. There, she led the growth of the business in Iberia, building high-performance teams and developing partnerships between customers and the wider business ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, Eulàlia was Data Center BU Director for Spain & Portugal at Dell, and Sales Director for Spain at Symantec.
Eulàlia studied for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Universidad de Barcelona.

Managing Director, Switzerland
Roger Semprini joined Equinix in 2016 as Managing Director for Switzerland. Roger came to Equinix from Swisscom, where he was Senior Vice President for Strategic Accounts, Senior Vice President for Sales & Marketing, and a member of the Executive Board of Swisscom IT Services AG.
Before joining Swisscom, he worked for Fujitsu as Senior Vice President and a senior member of the management board, leading the Alps (Austria/Switzerland) and the Eastern European region, heading 17 national subsidiaries and leading more than 1,400 employees. In parallel, he was president of the Supervisory Board of Fujitsu Technology Solutions AG in Switzerland, which he set up and headed as CEO/Managing Director from 1999 to 2008.
Roger has more than 20 years’ experience in development and management within local and international ICT organizations, including IT & Business Process Outsourcing (ITO & BPO), and played an integral role in Switzerland’s ICT industry.
Roger graduated from Zurich Business School in 1984 and has an M-MBA from MIT Sloan in Boston.

Aslihan Güreşcier joined Equinix in 2019 as Managing Director for Turkey. Aslihan has more than 20 years’ experience in the Data Center industry, including three years at Zenium Data Centers, where she was the Country Manager for Turkey.
Most recently, Aslihan worked as a freelance cloud and data center consultant for various firms, including Tradefive, the exclusive partner of Alibaba Cloud in Turkey, to establish a local cloud presence.
Prior to Zenium, Aslihan was with the Systems Integration, data center and technology solutions firm, KoçSistem, where she progressed to Sales Group Manager for more than 20 years with the company.
Aslihan graduated from Bosphorus University with a BA in Foreign Languages in 1995 and an MA in Business Administration from Marmara University in 1999.

Kamel Tawil a rejoint Equinix en septembre 2020 en tant que directeur général mena (Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord). À ce titre, il est responsable du développement de notre stratégie de croissance sur les marchés de la région MENA, de la collaboration étroite avec nos clients et partenaires pour fournir des solutions d’infrastructure numérique de classe mondiale et de la construction d’un écosystème dense en réseau.
Avant de rejoindre Equinix, Kamel a passé 18 ans chez Oracle à divers postes de direction dans la région EMEA (Europe centrale et orientale, Moyen-Orient et Afrique). Dans son rôle le plus récent, il était vice-président des applications métier, où il a dirigé d’importants projets de transformation numérique pour certains des plus grands clients d’Oracle. Avant Oracle, Kamel a occupé des postes de direction chez EMC et NCR au Moyen-Orient.
Kamel est originaire du Liban et réside actuellement à Dubaï. Il est diplômé de l’Université libano-américaine avec un diplôme en gestion d’entreprise et en informatique. Il a également suivi des cours de leadership à la Ross Business School de l’Université du Michigan et à l’Université IESE de Barcelone.

Directeur senior, Développement commercial EMEA
Brenden dirige le développement commercial pour la région EMEA. Il a rejoint Equinix en 2015 en tant qu’architecte de solutions principal senior pour la région, travaillant sur la stratégie et la transformation numérique pour certains des plus grands clients d’Equinix dans les segments réseau et entreprise. Il est ensuite devenu directeur de l’interconnexion, constituant une équipe qui s’est efforcée d’améliorer les offres et services numériques d’Equinix en mettant l’accent sur les fournisseurs de l’écosystème. Au cours de cette période, Brenden et son équipe ont développé plusieurs des services les plus performants d’Equinix sur Platform Equinix®.
Brenden a pris ses fonctions actuelles en septembre 2021, responsable de l’identification, du développement et de la croissance des écosystèmes les plus importants d’Equinix, notamment les réseaux et télécoms, les contenus et médias, les services financiers, les marchés de capitaux, l’automobile et la santé.
En plus de son travail à la tête du développement commercial, Brenden participe activement et s’intéresse aux initiatives ESG. Il est un fervent partisan et moteur des programmes promouvant la diversité, l’inclusion et l’appartenance (DIB). Wole Abu joined Equinix in November 2024 and leads Equinix’s business in West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire). He works closely with existing and potential customers to support Equinix West Africa’s continued focus on digital transformation with an already established track record as a preferred provider.
Wole joined Equinix from Liquid Intelligent Technologies, where he held the position of CEO for Nigeria and Africa Data Centre (ADC) in Nigeria. He will work closely with our existing and potential customers to support Equinix West Africa’s continued focus on digital transformation, with an already established track record as a preferred provider.
Wole has over 20 years of experience in the Nigerian Telecoms Industry, where he has held positions of increasing responsibility in functional areas including HR, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Legal, Sales & Marketing.
Wole holds an Engineering Degree and an MBA from the Lagos Business School.
